Monday, July 9th, 2007Have you ever wondered why some companies don’t answer the phone, even though they place their 800 number at the top of their site? I wondered the same thing. And then I signed up with HostMonster and got a Totally Different experience. They answered the phone! Nice. They’re not one of these “please fill out our email form and we’ll make you stand in this virtual line and might even possibly get back to you” companies. They answer the phone, they answer live chat support requests, they just ACTUALLY support you.
